Join Mary Beth Alger for a four session lecture series exploring Early Modernism, focusing on the works from the MFA. Examining developments in the visual arts from 1850 through 1920, topics will include: What makes Art Modern, Impressionism, Post Impressionism, Symbolism, Cubism and Fauvism.Sponsored by the CEC, the lectures will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the Park Mill Community room on the following Tuesdays – September 26, October 3, October 10, and October 17.
