- Set out patio furniture
- Sand and Stain grills
- Quarterly Fire Alarm Inspection – April 30th, May 1st, and May 2nd
- Grills Cleaned Monday and Friday
- Carpet Cleaning – Forbes and Water Mill (Baker Mill & Park Mill Completed in 2024) *Ideally completed after fire panel project concludes
- Fish Window Cleaning Effort
- Weekly Landscaping Visit
- Treat or Power wash accessible brick areas on the building
- Monitor weather to begin Baker Mill boiler and hot water tank replacement *NEW ETA June 23rd
- Prepare to begin Forbes garage ventilation system upgrade
- Monitor “berries” on the patio. Frequent power washing is not recommended due to the polymeric sand on the patio
- High Sierra Pools will be servicing the pool in June
